Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Store credit returns and exchanges are allowed within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date. Please email us as soon as possible to info@nuevavida.shop. If it's been past the 14 day remorse period or if items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed), unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund. Ownership transfers completely from our business to the consumer as soon as the item is worn or washed (whichever is done first). No exceptions. Final sale items (Sale/Clearance) and white items cannot be exchanged. Once the item is received, inspected, and meets requirements we will send out the new item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DO NOT SEND BACK YOUR MERCHANDISE IF IT WAS A MARKED DOWN ITEM. You cannot return these items as they are final sale. If sent back there will not be a credit given of any kind and you will be responsible for any shipping fees.
Damaged or Lost Items:
Nueva Vida is not liable for any package after they have been shipped nor for any packages damaged or lost during shipping.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your package (info@nuevavida.shop) for either a full refund or a new product free of charge.
